Hold Policy

Introduction

When you book a shipment with us, additional funds may be put on Hold to cover additional or incidental charges that may be assessed by carriers.

This policy is necessary because we are unable to confirm the accuracy of the information entered during the booking process. Information such as the commodity's weight, dimensions and NMFC Class, can only be confirmed after the freight has been picked up and examined.

Funds placed on Hold will be returned to you within 5-10 days from the shipment's pickup date.

Credit Accounts are excluded from this Hold Policy.
